The machine is designed to dis-assembles into seven parts of the grinding chamber and throat including rotor for cleaning to avoid contamination.

Flexi Mill versatility is enhanced with its one-piece reversible knife/impact rotor. The impact edge pulverizes and emulsifies and the knife-edge granulates, chops and sizes. Switching from knife to impact is accomplished simply by reversing the rotor.
