Fine powder is compacted to the desired Bulk Density by forcing the fine powder between 2 counter rotating rolls, one fixed and one Hydraulically loaded roll to form a densified sheet flakes of required bulk density and hardness.

Roll Compactor is designed vertical feed screw system which provides a material feed and predensification of the powder.

Variable frequency drive (VFD) is provided for Compacting Rolls & Vertical Feed Augur to vary the RPM required for different materials, COMPACTION AREA IS COVERED WITH ACRYLIC SHEET FOR CLEAR VISIBILITY AND IS SEPARATED FROM THE DRIVE AREA TO ELIMINATE THE CONTAMINATION.

Feeding Procedure: Dry powder enters into the hopper through the charging hole.

Vertical Feeding Augur Procedure: By rotation of Augur forward of powder and sends high-density Powder into the system compulsively and thus completes the prepressing work.

Compacting Rolls: The powder entering into the bite area after pre-pressing have had upgraded friction with the surface of pre-pressing roller. (ROLLERS KUNURLING).

Water Circulation Provision for Rollers: The pressing Rollers can supply cooling water with built-in inlet and outlet structure. (Water chiller is from your end.)
