Air swept product passes through a complex with integral classification. A Horizontal shaft rotates an assembly of convex roll inside multiple concave grinding Zones. As the unit turns, centrifugal force drives the rolls against the grinding ring. unit where attrition force combined with turbo effect ensures ultra-reduction particles. and the material drop onto the turbo rotor. Centrifugal Force drives the material out to the periphery of the turbo rotor where it is acted on Serration Fixed. In this zone, the material is subjected to multiple impacts as it passes through the maze of turbo Rotor which results in size reduction, or highintensity mixing. The force imparted to the material is controlled by the speed of the turbo rotor. For maximum energy, the turbo rotor speed would be high for more gentle handling, low rotational speeds are selected. The turbo rotor speed can be controlled by variable frequency controller. The material discharges from the discharge hopper cone in a vortex configuration.
